BERSIH DEMONSTRATION : THE DILEMMA OF MALAYSIAN CITIZENS

Hello and Good Morning,

On 29th August 2015, there shall be a public demonstration scheduled to happen across Kuala Lumpur and other cities nationwide. Who is the organizer is not an important question. The essential question need to be raised up as an UMNO member is why Bersih able to gain and garner quite an astounding support from various walks of life ?

Why i must highlight such question ? Not that i want to be a traitor to the party nor that i want to speculate on anything. I just want UMNO/BN learn to reflect themselves of what is happening in the country and why so much people are against the government. Least to say is they are no longer rendering their utmost support to the government in situ.

SeTaN BaiK feels that this was caused by the relentless effort by the parties ( read : Bersih Committee, Political Parties, NGOs, and to certain extent, The Bar Council ) organizing the rally in spreading their motives, agendas and objectives. Moreover, those items ( read : motives, agendas, objectives ) are the current priority of the public concern in these modern political times.

  We ( READ : UMNO / BN ) can NO LONGER SURVIVE ON DIRTY ELECTIONS.  

Therefore, improvements need to take place sooner than it should. People are getting tired of dirty old political tactics. The political nuance nowadays wants fast answer and effective response on every matters. UMNO / BN have much problems in their hands now compared to previous times. We should not wait further for the current political climate to subside. We must tackle the heat in the most responsive and effective manner.

For instance, why must we delay the Bersih demands ? Ever since Bersih 2.0 and 3.0, the Bersih committee had explained in details their demands and all those are NOT AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF FEDERAL CONSTITUTION per se. The longer we delay to the demands, the far greater risk of succumbing to the alter political hoist we may become.

And why SeTaN BaiK insist we follow and meet the demand of the Bersih committee, participants ( read : protesters ) ? Because it will improve the integrity index of UMNO / BN as a government in a long shot. Do not deny that !

Yes, of course it is detrimental to our political strategy but then it shall represent us a better avenue to re-create / re-design / re-develop our political strategy. The best thing that should happen in political war ( read : election ) is an un-imaginable surprise, ain't ya ?

Talking about political strategy, SeTaN BaiK has something to offer. But not in this blog neither in any of its postings. ( smirk )

6 Langkah UMNO / Najib boleh laksanakan untuk baiki keadaan negara

Assalamualaikum wbt,

Terima Kasih kerana meluangkan masa membaca nukilan hati daripada SeTaN BaiK.

Akhir ini, keadaan ekonomi negara dikatakan gawat, merosot dan tidak baik ( definisi tertakluk kepada perspektif anda sebagai seorang yang realistik atau optimis ). 

Banyak pihak aktif memberikan komen dan pelbagai diskusi tentang keadaan ekonomi negara berlaku di kedai kopi, starbucks, restoran mamak, group whatsapp, twitter, dan facebook.

Dan SeTaN BaiK ingin menyuarakan pendapat, 6 langkah yang Najib boleh bikin samada dalam jangka waktu terdekat, sederhana mahupun jangka panjang.

Yang pasti, negara ini boleh diselamatkan. Manusia perlu berikhtiar, dan In sha Allah, dengan izin Nya, Malaysia mampu menjadi lebih baik dari keadaan sekarang.

Langkah 1 : 

Langkah penjimatan serta merta. SeTaN BaiK ingin menyeru kepada Dato Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abd Razak untuk memulakan langkah memotong gaji bulanan dan emolumen beliau sebagai Perdana Menteri sekurang-kurangnya 40 peratus. Beliau juga boleh meminta ( baca : mengarahkan ) semua Menteri dan Timbalan Menteri untuk turut sama dalam langkah memotong gaji bulanan dan emolumen ini. 

Justifikasi langkah ini ialah sebagai penanda aras dan pembuktian bahawa kerajaan UMNO/Barisan Nasional sebenarnya mampu mengotakan janji dan kata-kata falsafah pentadbiran iaitu mendahulukan rakyat. Seluruh negara heboh kita jaja tentang pentingnya berjimat dan mengekalkan gaya hidup sederhana, then its about time untuk Panglima Besar mula mengikuti saranan itu sendiri.

Langkah 2 : 

Langkah perbelanjaan berhemah jangka panjang. SeTaN BaiK ingin menasihati Perdana Menteri Malaysia ( baca : Najib ataupun bakal pengganti Najib ), bahawasanya laporan Ketua Audit Negara yang saban tahun menunjukkan perkara yang tidak betul ( baca : lebih belanja yang tidak sepatutnya ) dalam perbelanjaan negara HARUSLAH DIBERI PERHATIAN DENGAN SEGERA. 

Najib, tolonglah dengar rintihan rakyat marhaen. Jangan dengar bulat-bulat kata-kata penasihat yang berada disekelilingmu. Mereka akan terus mendendangkan bunyi merdu bahawa kita ( baca : kerajaan UMNO / BN ) mampu handle isu laporan Audit Negara dengan mudah dengan memberi kenyataan-kenyataan standard. TIDAK SAMA SEKALI !!!!!

KEPERCAYAAN RAKYAT TERHADAP KEBOLEH-URUS TADBIR NEGARA OLEH UMNO/BN SUDAH LUNTUR. LAMBAT LAUN, IA BOLEH HILANG TERUS.

Langkah 3 :

Langkah perbelanjaan yang berhemah. SeTaN BaiK rasa, Najib patut umum, kita bekukan sebarang karnival, event tahunan, atau sebarang acara mahupun kempen yang memakan belanja urus yang tinggi dari kantung negara selama setahun. Kantung negara masih ada, duit GST masih ada. Jadi, salurkan duit itu untuk perbelanjaan am yang meliputi kepentingan keperluan marhaen ini dahulu.  

Selagi mana ada rancangan Bersamamu di TV3, selagi itulah ia bukti Malaysia BELUM LAYAK JADI NEGARA MAJU 2020. ( baca : nanti TV3 akan batalkan rancangan Bersamamu )

Langkah 4 :

Tolong lantik orang yang cerdik pandai dan bukan kaki bodek sebagai Menteri. Jangan takut untuk ambil musuh politik sebagai rakan kabinet. Politik kita haruslah berdasarkan politik fakta, bukan politik emosi. Negara perlukan orang yang mampu bantu Najib untuk membuat dasar dan polisi. 

Khairy Jamaluddin sedang buat kerja yang cemerlang di KBS, bagaimana pula dengan Kementerian Pendidikan ? hanya kerana semata-mata mahu mengimbangi kuasa dan pengaruh Mukhriz, Najib ambil Dato Seri Mahdzir Khalid jadi Menteri ? Maaf tapi SeTaN BaiK terpaksa sebut, beliau bukan calon paling tepat. Apatah lagi dalam suasana pendidikan negara yang makin luntur kualiti. Ini adalah langkah ke belakang !!.

Ini belum masuk bab bagaimana Azalina jadi Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri. Kredibiliti Najib hancur hanya kerana  terpaksa membela nasib dan tembolok Azalina ? Kenapa ? sebab azalina support anda Najib ?

SeTaN BaiK nak tegur, kalau sebab Azalina support ( baca : nak baca bodek boleh, nak baca jilat boleh, nak baca kipas pun boleh ) anda di dalam "krisis" negara ( baca : Najib vs Muhyiddin ), dia boleh jadi menteri .... SeTaN Baik cakap, baik Najib jaga rakyat Malaysia dan tembolok rakyat negara ini seluruhnya tanpa kira sokongan mereka, In Sha Allah, anda akan kekal jadi Mamanda Perdana Menteri selama mana anda jaga mereka. 

Langkah 5 : 

Umumkan pemotongan cukai GST daripada 6% kepada 4%. SeTaN BaiK bukan pandai ilmu hisab taraf juta mahupun billion, tapi rakyat tahu, kalau kerajaan berani buat keputusan potong nilai cukai, dan sanggup potong gaji sendiri, itu adalah tanda minimum "a good governance"

Cukai itu perlu sebagai hasil negara, yang rakyat marah ialah bila banyak benar berita ( baca : berita pelbagai sumber ) tunjuk ketirisan perbelanjaan wang hasil mahsul negara.

Langkah 6 : 

Ini adalah langkah yang paling penting. SeTaN Baik bukan seorang ustaz mahupun paduka mufti. Nama SeTaN BaiK pun hanyalah nama sebagai blogger. Langkah yang terakhir ini ialah menjadikan Agama sebagai penyelesaian dalam permasalahan. Ia suatu usul yang sangat besar tetapi mudah. 

Apakata dengan minta mengingatkan Mamanda Perdana Menteri supaya mengutamakan solat daripada urusan dunia dan sentiasa cuba minta keluarga beliau, menteri beliau, keluarga menteri beliau dan akhirnya Rakyat Jelata ( baca : golongan Muslim khasnya ) untuk sentiasa mengutamakan agama daripada urusan dunia.

In Sha Allah, kuasa Tuhan dan rahmat Tuhan itu luas.

TPPA and American Greenbacks : A threat or treat ?

Good Morning dear readers,

TPPA and American Dollars are the most topics being discussed all over Malaysia perhaps. Some arguing the needs of signing such trade agreement, some become an instant economic expert of the country, some seems disenchanted with all these frenzies of TPPA, and most interestingly, some questioned ;

Why must we bother since it does not have any impact nor we will be impacted upon them ?

Well, SeTaN BaiK has no fixed answers for that.

Anyhow, TPPA is a trade agreement between the USA and few pacific nations and Malaysia is included. Whether we ( Malaysian Government ) will sign the agreement in its original provisions will remain to be seen. If SeTaN BaiK not mistaken, current International Trade Minister, Tok Pa, is leading the effort in the official meeting and negotiation to get the best benefit for everyone.

In fact, as being reported in The Star today, Tok Pa mentioned that they are currently running a cost-benefit analysis of TPPA. SeTaN BaiK welcome this effort as an excellent economic measures and SeTaN BaiK would like to remind Tok Pa and his team, PLEASE PUT THE MARHAEN'S BENEFIT AS THE PARAMOUNT BENEFIT OF EVERYTHING. 

As for US Dollars, so much hype in facebook and twitter when our exchange rates goes flat four in the recent days. The highest since the last 17 years. SeTaN BaiK would like to acknowledge that this is a clear indication of what happened to our economy. Most of us are not economic marvel but all of us shall face the grueling brunt of weak economy lapse in terms of higher cost for groceries and the hike in interest rates in most financial transactions.

 So government, clean your mess up and fixed our ringgit. Better ringgit means better trust. Be it from the rakyat and also, your diligent foreign investors.

Hak seorang warganegara

Assalamualaikum wbt,

Terima kasih kerana masih lagi meluangkan masa membaca tulisan SeTaN BaiK.

SeTaN BaiK ingin menarik perhatian tuan-puan didalam hal runtuhnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi pentadbiran negara. Saya secara peribadi tidak mampu untuk melakar statistik rasmi tentang peratusan hilang kepercayaan oleh rakyat namun saya boleh menunjukkan betapa sentimen itu mekar di laman media sosial dan internet.

Hilang kepercayaan itu bukan sesuatu yang ringan dan mudah. Ia melibatkan satu perlakuan yang cukup untuk membuatkan sesorang itu tidak mahu lagi percaya kepada sesuatu. Dalam hal ini, kita bercakap tentang pentadbiran negara kita. 

Rakyat semakin tidak percaya kepada kerajaan Barisan Nasional, khususnya UMNO.

SeTaN BaiK ingin menegur, bahawa punca semua ini bukan lah datang daripada Mat Sabu, juga bukan datangnya dari Nik Nazmi, sosok kecil pemimpin AMK. Punca hilang kepercayaan ini juga bukan jatuh pada Red Bean Army yang mendapat bantuan dana dari DAP untuk terus menerus membobrok-kan kerajaan.

Punca hilang kepercayaan ini adalah kerana kita ( baca : Pimpinan tertinggi UMNO / Barisan Nasional ) tidak berjaya menangani kemelut ini dengan PERSEDIAAN yang bijak, KOMUNIKASI yang berkesan, dan TINDAKAN PENTINGKAN PERUT SENDIRI DARIPADA PERUT RAKYAT MARHAEN.  

Zaman Tun Mahathir sebenarnya sama sahaja dengan Zaman Pak Lah, juga lebih kurang sama sahaja dengan Zaman DS Najib. Beza cuma pada hebatnya twitter dan facebook di abad baru ini.

Apa yang sama ?

Amalan korupsi dan penyaluran dana ke kantung politik bagi kegunaan survival parti tetap berlaku dalam kesemua zaman yang disebutkan. SeTaN BaiK memang tiada bukti kukuh mahupun dokumen rasmi untuk membuktikan perkara itu. cukuplah ahli-ahli parti, biarpun UMNO mahupun PAS, terdiam mengakui fakta itu. cukup bagi SeTaN BaiK.

Tetapi, kenapa pemberontakan rakyat tidaklah sehebat seperti sekarang ?  Kenapa ?

Sebab sekarang, sudah terlampau zahir dan kekar, TEMBOLOK DAN MATAPERUT RAKYAT bukan lagi CONCERN pemimpin. 

Rakyat Malaysia tidak perlukan BR1M semata-mata. Mereka perlukan satu asas kehidupan minima yang dapat jamin kesejahteraan hidup tanpa perlu bantuan sesiapa. 

Apa guna kalau ada Klinik 1 Malaysia tetapi hanya rawat demam / batuk / selsema ? Benar, kita bayar RM1 sahaja. Tetapi cuba pemimpin atasan ini pergi ke Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah di Klang ? Cuba pergi ke dispensari di Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya ? Atau cuba pergi dapatkan temujanji di Klinik Pakar, Hospital Serdang ? 

Berani ? Mahu ? Barulah kita akan sedar dan tahu, bahawa apabila kita bercakap tentang sumbangan dan pencapaian kerajaan dalam memastikan kesejahteraan rakyat ( dalam aspek perubatan / healthcare ), sebenarnya ia adalah omong kosong.

Apa guna kita ( baca : akar umbi UMNO ) bergerak dalam usaha kempen, bantu jentera penerangan tentang kemajuan ekonomi negara, cerita kepada masyarakat tentang GDP kita meningkat, Fitch rating kita kekal , dan share fb posting Friends of Barisan Nasional berkenaan teori kenaikan matawang yang sebenarnya menunjukkan kesan positif ekonomi negara,

TETAPI RAKYAT BERANG DGN KENAIKAN HARGA BARANG / KOS SARA HIDUP YANG TINGGI DAN JUGA SISTEM CUKAI GST ?

Berkali-kali SeTaN BaiK cuba terangkan kepada rakan taulan, Sistem GST itu bagus kerana ia cukai yang lebih menyeluruh, terhadap barang dan juga orang. Tetapi waktu perlaksanaannya kurang sesuai. Kadar cukai juga mengarut.

Bagi SeTaN BaiK, ini adalah kesan langsung yang terhasil apabila tindakan pemimpin dan pentadbiran negara yang tidak lagi MENGUTAMAKAN KEBAJIKAN DAN TEMBOLOK RAKYAT MARHAEN.

UMNO / BN BELUM TERLEWAT. KITA BOLEH BAIKI KEADAAN INI. kita perelokkan keadaan. Tampal semula semua lubang yang x betul. Tukar pemimpin yang tak mampu bikin dan sempurnakan tanggungjawab. Jimat. Bukan Boros.

2015 : The Malaysian Job

Dear Blog Readers,

I am writing this post as an UMNO members WITHOUT ANY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS from ANYONE related directly or indirectly to me as a citizen of Malaysia.

Apparently, something is not right with the country.

Our prime minister being tainted with various allegations that if proved to be true, it will be one of the biggest financial scandal ever to hit the country,

Our medias, , our medias are trying to be a political Biro Penerangan rather than a standard news-delivering instrument. And in my humble opinion, i dont know which one is truth, which one is a false information. As a muslim, one is urged to find truth rather than believing in rumors and lies.

Our society has lost their moral compass compared to previous generation. Hate and anger being promoted over love and compassion.
Melayu tuduh Cina. Cina nak pukul Melayu. India kena tuduh rompak kedai Aceh. Orang Indon kena tuduh pecah rumah. ( see, when u read those words, u feel the jitters, ain't u ? )

Our government's institution ( read : MACC / SPRM ) is under attack. Words on the street are saying that this is due to the abrupt meeting between the high rank-officers of the office with few opposition politicians. Another side of the story would be, the documents ( allegedly the one that contains the 1MDB evidence ) has been passed on to the opposition.

Our police force has lost its respect and trust from the police. It is hard for me to say this as i have relatives working as a police officer and few friends that is really close enough to be called as sahabat. Nevertheless, the latest actions and conducts from Police does not bode well with the public perception towards the crisis happening in our country.

 Why must you dwell on MACC's investigation ?

Why must police involve in everything related to the investigation of 1MDB ?

Something is not right somewhere.

Truth will prevail.

POLIS DIRAJA MALAYSIA : LOVE THEM, HATE THEM

Good Day dear readers,

Police, an essential social instrument in nation-building process. Love them or hate them, they are required to exist in this world. 

( 9th September 2014 / Home Ministry )

Malaysian society, in its democratic way, has various perceptions towards this blue uniform personnel. Mostly are circumstancial based. Well, it is not fair for the Police. However, one could not avoid to admit that most of us loved the police whenever they exercise tolerance in not getting us a traffic summonses yet the hate notion will kick in whenever the Police impose the law "unethically" on us. 

Well, that is life. We will exercise our negative senses against something or someone that is not on our side and against us, whatever their nature is. And we shall love whatever things or person that create happiness to us.

Lets indulge in this literal arguement. 

Why do we "need" to love these police, men and women ?

They are the ones that we turn to for help, especially during emergencies of any security and safety issues. We seek protection from them. Thus, police does not require loves from us, they must be respected as well.

And why do we hate these police force ?

The list is going to be a personal one for each one of us. Yet i must say, whatever the reasons are, that hate has to come with respect. comprende !

SeTaN BaiK hates when police started to act "on behalf" of any political party for the benefit of a certain individuals. 

Dont lodge a police report just because of the above statement, as if i dont love the police more than i do. Love should not be an expressed feeling in public, it is a secret worth proding.

SeTaN BaiK would like to apologize to dear readers as i promise to write about "design-thinking" last night, but due to restricted materials, it did not happen. My humble apology.

Frugal Vs Cheapskate

I dont want to bore you with political words most of the time.

I have a sudden dash of an idea pertaining to the above mentioned topic. Being frugal and being a cheapskate. Does both represent the same thing in life ?

No it is not.

Being frugal carry the literal meaning of careful spending to ensure a lasting financial capabilities.

Whereas being a cheapskate carry the literal meaning of cutting your spending in excess of other's.

However, we live in a world where most illustrious person sometimes a cheapskate when dining yet quite a lavish person in fashion.

Well, this post does not necessarily heading to any conclusion. Just a dash of an idea pertaining to this modern life.

Anyway, SeTaN BaiK encourages most of you to be frugal in life and not a cheapskate when it comes to your necessary expenditure.

1MDB : Najib's smoking gun ? Part 1

It has been announced on the media prints across Malaysia that any articles pertaining to 1MDB or against 1MDB could be investigated under the infamous Sedition Act.

Will SeTaN BaiK write about this matter ?

Yes. In a common people's perspective.

Most, if not all, President and Prime Ministers in the world involved in scandal or public allegations on financial manipulation. But an issue of this scale ( read : billions ) requires better approach from our Prime Minister and his team of financial experts and political cohorts.  

Why ?

Whether he ( Dato Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abd Razak ) is guilty of this scandal is NOT ESSENTIAL anymore. His image has been tainted by this allegation right from day one. He had lost the trust, even from UMNO members itself.

And dont misinterpret my words. I am not a judge here. Im trying to offer a different perspective on how we look on this issue. How do we approach this issue to ensure our nation's interest remains consolidated per se.

The people ( read honestly ; rakyat ) does not interested in the amount of money in your personal account. They only interested in the amount of tax, being paid by them, being used in its original purpose. Taxes are meant for the spending to administer and develop the country. Be it, ceteris paribus, lending the tax money into an investment company to get a better return. There is no issue at all with investment. Most people do it.

But, when the investment did not yield the expected return. What more when there is huge losses being reported. There goes the first bell of the issue.

Second bell erupted when, in SeTaN BaiK's honest opinion, the so called communication expert and political finesse in Najib's team does not handle this issue well.They flunked it.

Double Jeopardy : Mahathir and Najib destroying UMNO and Malaysia

Please do not come into your own conclusion upon reading my headline. Read on and you may conclude your own.

I would like to highlight on the negatives side of these two senior politicians of our own rather than being positive. The whole country knew and aware of their contributions. SeTaN BaiK would like to fire a reminder shots to both of them so that they will mind the actions and mince their words in future .. for the betterment of the country, Malaysia.

Mahathir Mohamed ... who does not know him ? He deserved to be called as a statesman. But does he really done a great job in protecting what he has build ? The Party and The Nation ?

UMNO in its own virtuoso mode at all divisions, always highlighted the importance of unifying and uniting the party. Members have to soldier on and be in the same line with the top leadership, just to ensure the lineage of party's leadership is strong and secured. However, SeTaN BaiK would like to question this ;

Do we want a strong leadership or sound leadership ? Or, do we want both ?

Of course we want both !! We does not want. We NEED a strong and SOUND leadership to helm the administration of the country.

Being sound does not necessarily requires maturity. It needs wisdom. There came Dr Mahathir. I must say that this old man is truly a charismatic leader with his wisdom in seeing the development of the country. Yet, he always tend to display an act of a sectarian or in a harsh word, a dictator. You cannot impose your belief to others dear Mahathir. What more to ask others to have your divergence of wisdom. Pak Lah failed that and Najib is going to fail in a different way.

Hence, you should play a better role rather than being an UMNO's Mat Sabu.

Imagine this,

If Mahathir could, once more, be a pragmatic adviser to Najib, by respecting the prerogative power owned by the son of Tun Razak, and realizing the common responsibilities in building this nation, SeTaN BaiK believe that this could turn to better state rather than now.

It is important to note that Mahathir most likely already being in the above mentioned position before, not that we know of, but why must resort to the public indemnification of Najib ?

There has to be a solid reason or if none existed, we could safely assume that Mahathir is aging. Fast.

And, if there is a solid reason, why dont u follow Mahathir's advise dear Najib ?

Do u feel its about time to impose your claws upon the nation, Najib ?

A big mistake.

This is 2015. Modern Politics take precedence. Voters coming to an age where the information is right at their laptops and facebook accounts. Smart voters outnumbered traditional ( read : emotional ) voters. They dont care about UMNO's history and the allegiance of race anymore. They dont care about all the good deeds served by your father, Tun Abd Razak anymore.

They care about their well-being, my dear Prime Minister. They expect you to become poorer by delivering goods and golds to them. More and more voters realized this notion. Trust me.

People want a leader that slept in a short-changed blanket whilst they have a hand-knitted blanket over them. That is the reality of their expectation.

UMNO and its prime minister must heeded to this notion. If we could REJUVENATE the party and ESTABLISHED our reputation as the savior of the people ( read : all races ), it is not possible to keep our rule and reign in the next General Election.

In conclusion, why SeTaN BaiK said Najib and Mahathir are destroying the country ?

Because both of them, now, are not in the right state of mind to lead the country.All their decision made based on the paramount concerned towards themselves or their own interest.

Decision ( read : Policy )has to be made for the purpose of rakyat's benefit. If your rakyat loves you, they will vote FOR YOU. Enough said.

If SeTaN BaiK knows this. The people in Level 4 should know this better.
